If a domain name registration lapses for even a single day, the domain name will most likely be registered by someone else. DO NOT let any domain name expire unless you are absolutely sure you will NEVER want to use the name again.

If you have already registered a domain name, you must set it to use our nameservers for your website to be properly displayed from our servers.

If you have not yet registered your domain name, we recommend you register it via our domain registration service at www.AlexanderDomains.com. When you register a domain name you will be responsible for timely renewal and setting the nameservers for the domain. You will have complete control of your domain.

If you prefer, we can register the domain name for you. The domain will be registered to our company and we will configure it for your use.

If you would like us to transfer a domain name that is held by us to your own registrar account, you will need to submit a request at our Billing and Support website. You can also initiate the transfer yourself with any registrar.

It is our policy to approve all outgoing transfer requests from clients whom are currently paid in full and in otherwise good standing with the company. Once you transfer a domain name, you alone will be responsible for it.
