Standard Hourly Rate - $85.00 per hour
Applies to any time spent on your behalf, invoiced in quarter hour increments.
Standard Day Rate* - $595.00 per day
Applies to a "full days work" spent on your projects, invoiced in quarter day increments.
Bench Support Fee - $35.00
Applies to support services provided on our work bench. Fee includes diagnosis
and up to 30 minutes to correct your issue. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Onsite Support Fee - $35.00
Applies to our arrival at your location at your request. Time spent at your location is billed at our
standard hourly rate with a one hour minimum.
Remote Support Fee - $35.00
Applies to a remote internet connection to your computer. Fee includes connection
assistance. Time spent after connection is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Maintenance Fees
A one-time or flat monthly fee can be applied to any situation to cover any non-standard situation, such as
clients with with special requirements, website agreements for updates or ongoing development, late payment fees, or for payments returned for NSF.
* We realize a "full days work" is not always just an eight hour day for most
people; sometimes things just don't go as planned, and it may take some extra time to get the job done right.
So don't worry, we won't hold it against you by watching the clock on your next project!
Good service is not cheap - cheap service is not good.
