We offer our support services remotely and on-site, meaning that we will
come directly to your home or business if the problem cannot be solved with a remote session.
With your permission, a remote session allows use to use the internet to take control of your
mouse and keyboard and to see your screen -- allowing us to fix the problem while you watch and listen as we explain the problem.
Likewise, if your computer cannot connect to the internet we will come on-site, where
you will be there watching us as we work - so, either way, not only can the problem be
fixed -- but we will also be able teach you how to prevent or solve similar
problems in the future.
We commonly remove viruses and spyware from both home and business machines.
We also provide computer 'tune-up' services, during which a technician will
come to your home, remove any viruses or spyware, update your windows and
antivirus files, and give you an over-all diagnosis of your machine; such
as, when and if you may need to upgrade.
